We guarantee that our customers will pay the lowest price found online for our pizza ovens.  If not, we'll refund you the difference.   If you find  a lower price for the same item from another online store within six months of your purchase, let us know and we will refund the difference between your original payment and the price you found.

The Price Match Guarantee does come with some limitations.

• The Price Match Guarantee applies  to the purchase of any of our pizza ovens and excludes  oven accessories, ingredients, wood, and training classes.
• The item must be the exact same item as the one purchased from us ( not a different model number, open box, or used, etc.)
• The item must be purchased from our website before requesting the Price Match Guarantee.
• Promotions originated by the manufacturer . for example, rebates or sales or buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The item must be sold by another online store who have no retail, brick and mortar locations.
• The competitor must also be an authorized retailer for the product in question.
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and shipping charges, but excludes sales tax.
