Refund and Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product, let us know and we will make it right.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Certain types of items cannot be returned such as all food products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  It must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  Our Support team will walk you through the return process.   If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your shipment before signing for it.  If there is a sign of significant physical damage to the packaging, please take photos of the damage and note "Shipment Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before you sign for it.  If there appears to be some minor damage, again take photos, and mark the BOL as "Received with Possible Concealed Damage".  Contact us immediately at if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the situation and work with our supplier to resolve the issue and make it right.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact and our team will guide you through the process.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Food items cannot be exchanged.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fees (Ovens and stands only)

While some of our oven suppliers charge restocking fees ranging from 10% to 25%, Fortissimo Pizza Ovens will limit the restocking fee for our customers to a maximum of 10%; and we will make up the difference to the supplier.
