Frank Bosketti is the founder of Fortissimo Pizza Ovens and the creator of The Backyard Pizzaiolo™.
He has studied pizza making in Naples, Palermo, New York, and New Haven, and is a certified pizza judge and competitor.
But what matters most is how he teaches—keeping things relaxed, hands-on, and genuinely fun.
