"We had Frank come in and do a class for our Sons & Daughters of Italy Lodge in Tuckahoe. He did a great job! We had about 20 people making pizza and another 10 more just there to enjoy the food. He was prepared and professional.
In addition to the pizza, Frank also had his daughter on hand to make rigatoni alla vodka. We also had bruschetta to whet our whistles at the beginning of the night and cookies to end the night on a sweet note.
Frank walked the group through the multi-step, hands-on process of making the dough and letting it rest. Then he had enough dough pre-prepared for everyone to shape their own, top it, and cook it in his two mobile ovens. He had toppings ready and taught 4 different topping styles, and even let us get creative. I even used some of the rigatoni on my pizza! There were multiple kinds of sauce, fresh and dry mozzarella, mortadella, capicola, sopressatta, burrata, pistachios, and more available to choose from!

"Frank hosted a pizza making course for our staff of 12 and what a great experience! He was very easy to work with and was able to create a class that was both hands on and relaxing for our after work event!
