Bring your team together for a fun, interactive, and delicious pizza-making team building event! This hands-on experience is the perfect way to foster collaboration, communication, and creativity all while learning how to craft authentic, mouth-watering Neapolitan pizzas. 

Under the guidance of expert chefs, your team will learn the secrets of dough shaping and stretching, and classic  pizza sauces and topping combinations to create their own signature pizzas.  Each member of your team can make one of the Neapolitan classics or get creative and choose from a variety of fresh ingredients to create their own signature pie. 

This event is designed to enhance teamwork in a relaxed and engaging environment, while encouraging friendly competition. After all the hard work, everyone gets to enjoy their delicious creations together—celebrating teamwork, laughter, and, of course, great food! 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Your team to learn about the art of Neapolitan pizza making:  dough shaping, topping, and baking 
  • How to bake pizza in less than 2 minutes using high temperature, outdoor pizza ovens 
  • Hands-on pizza-making instruction and guidance from experienced pizza chefs.  
  • A relaxed, engaging atmosphere filled with laughter and great food. 
  • Perfect for team bonding in a relaxed, casual, learning environment. 
  • The event takes place outdoors ( your place or ours).  
  • At your location,  we’ll bring everything needed for a great pizza party – pizza ovens, dough, ingredients, cook tent, prep tables, and even tables and chairs if necessary. 

Options 

  • Italian dinner package 
  • Add some antipasto, Ceasar salad, dessert, and espresso or lattes for the full Neapolitan dining experience.

Cost: 

  • $ 60 per person and up depending upon number of guests, options selected, and location. 
  • Minimum charge is $ 750 
  • Plus local taxes and 15% Travel and Service Charge ( if applicable) 

Time:  2 to 3 hours 

Location: Corporate site or Chef’s location.

Extras: In addition to the pizza, we serve complimentary salad, soda, and water. Guests are welcome to bringing their own wine and beer.

Avatar Frank Bosketti, a third generation Italian American from Boston and New York, has been cooking pizza, pasta, and everything Italian for his family and friends for the past 30 years. He learned pizza making in Italy and the US, competes in amateur pizza competitions, and is a certified pizza contest judge. He is also a personal chef and member of the US Personal Chef Association (USPCA).

Frank founded Fortissimo Pizza Ovens where he offers high quality backyard pizza ovens and fun, personalized instruction to help students learn the art of pizza making. He teaches pizza making in his own home backyard or in student's homes (or backyards). Students can choose from a variety of pizza styles to learn how to make authentic Neapolitan, Roman, or Sicilian styles, along with New York, New Haven, and Detroit styles of pizza.

In the community, Fortissimo Pizza Ovens partners with the Westchester Italian Cultural Center each year to sponsor the Annual Westchester Pizza Cook-Off and Pizza Festival where amateur pizza makers compete for cash and bragging rights. The event is held each September in Tuckahoe, N.Y.

"We had Frank come in and do a class for our Sons & Daughters of Italy Lodge in Tuckahoe.  He did a great job!  We had about 20 people making pizza and another 10 more just there to enjoy the food.  He was prepared and professional.

In addition to the pizza, Frank also had his daughter on hand to make rigatoni alla vodka.  We also had bruschetta to whet our whistles at the beginning of the night and cookies to end the night on a sweet note.

Frank walked the group through the multi-step, hands-on process of making the dough and letting it rest.  Then he had enough dough pre-prepared for everyone to shape their own, top it, and cook it in his two mobile ovens.  He had toppings ready and taught 4 different topping styles, and even let us get creative.  I even used some of the rigatoni on my pizza!  There were multiple kinds of sauce, fresh and dry mozzarella, mortadella, capicola, sopressatta, burrata, pistachios, and more available to choose from!
