Looking for a fun, interactive culinary event to bring your team together? Then join us for a team building experience centered around an office pizza-making competition! Led by expert chefs, this interactive session will have your group working together to craft delicious, gourmet pizzas while bonding, and strengthening communication, creativity, and teamwork.

Together they will learn the art of pizza making, design a winning pizza; then shape, top, and bake their masterpiece to perfection. After submitting their pizza to a panel of judges, they await the result of their culinary fate.

The event ends with an award ceremony where winners are crowned office pizza champions. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners are awarded medals, while others receive special, humorous awards adding an extra layer of fun.

The event promises to be a perfect blend of a lighted hearted, fun competition and culinary learning experience designed to bring out the best in your team.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • · Learn the art of Neapolitan pizza making – dough shaping, sauce crafting, topping selection, and baking.
  • · Hands-on pizza-making instruction guided by expert chefs
  • · Learn how to bake in high temperature, outdoor pizza ovens
  • · Learn the art of judging pizza using professional pizza competition principles
  • · A relaxed, engaging atmosphere filled with laughter and great food.
  • · Awards ceremony for winners and runners up.
  • · Complimentary Ceasar salad and soft drinks

Details

Cost:

· Costs are $ 105 per person and up depending upon number of guests and location

· Minimum charge is $ 1500

· Plus local taxes and 15% Travel and Service Charge ( if applicable)

Time: 3 hours

Location: Corporate site or Chef’s location.

Other options include a beautiful antipasto with focaccia, Ceasar salad, dessert, and expresso for the full dining experience. Guests are welcome to bringing their own wine and beer.

Avatar Frank Bosketti, a third generation Italian American from Boston and New York, has been cooking pizza, pasta, and everything Italian for his family and friends for the past 30 years. He learned pizza making in Italy and the US, competes in amateur pizza competitions, and is a certified pizza contest judge. He is also a personal chef and member of the US Personal Chef Association (USPCA).

Frank founded Fortissimo Pizza Ovens where he offers high quality backyard pizza ovens and fun, personalized instruction to help students learn the art of pizza making. Students can choose to make a variety of pizza styles from classic Italian pizza to traditional Italian-Amercian pizza.

In the community, Fortissimo Pizza Ovens partners with the Westchester Italian Cultural Center to sponsor the Annual Westchester Pizza Cook-Off and Pizza Festival where amateur pizza makers compete for cash and bragging rights. The event is held each September in Tuckahoe, N.Y.
