what customers have to say about this class
"We took a pizza making class held by Fortissimo this past weekend. It was an amazing experience! Our instructor, Frank, was exceptionally well prepared. The class had a solid structure and was very hands on. We learned about all aspects of pizza making, from forming our dough, managing a wood-fired oven, selecting complementary toppings, to cooking the pizza itself. Frank is not only very experienced, but has a very calm and easy to follow approach in instructing the group. I have taken several cooking classes in the past, but this one is certainly one of the best and definitely the most memorable. Thanks to Frank for sharing his knowledge and hospitality with us! 10/10."- Peter S.
"This is the second time I- have taken this class and it gets better each time. The instructor was fantastic . . . informative, instructions were clear, he was extremely prepared and patient with us all." - Bronxville Adult Ed Student
"I attended a pizza-making class with Frank a few weeks ago with my mother. I highly recommend taking one of his classes. We chose the Overnight Neapolitan Pizza Dough class. Everything was perfect and beautifully displayed. You get to make your own dough, and each person makes their own Neapolitan pizza. The more people, the more pizza you get to enjoy!
Frank is a class act—you can tell he really enjoys teaching, cooking, and answering technical questions about how dough-making works. I learned a ton and plan to take some of his other classes one day." - Matt K.
Frank was great - passionate about his craft, generous with his knowledge and ingredients, and very patient. We hope he does another class again soon so we can learn some more pizza-making skills!"- Bronxville Adult Ed Student
