SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail confirming your order.
We will then reach out to our suppliers to confirm availability. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment
Your order will ship within three to five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Once your order is shipped, you should receive your product in between 5 and 7 business days
Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.
Shipping Costs
All pizza ovens and firewood products are shipped free of charge. Lift gate' delivery service available for an additional fee.
Orders for tools, accessories, and general merchandise are shipped via standard or ground UPS. The cost of which is calculated real time and shown at checkout. Food items are also shipped via standard or ground UPS with the cost shown at time of checkout, however, if the order is over $50, the shipping is free.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Support@fortissimopizzaovens.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Refund and Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your product, let us know and we will make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Certain types of items cannot be returned such as all food products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Fortissimopizzaovens.com. Our Support team will walk you through the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Fortissimopizzaovens.com.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@Fortissimopizzaovens.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If there is a sign of significant physical damage to the packaging, please take photos of the damage and note "Shipment Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before you sign for it. If there appears to be some minor damage, again take photos, and mark the BOL as "Received with Possible Concealed Damage". Contact us immediately at Support@Fortissimopizzaovens.com if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the situation and work with our supplier to resolve the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact Support@Fortissimopizzaovens.com and our team will guide you through the process. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Food items cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Restocking Fees (Ovens and stands only)
While some of our oven suppliers charge restocking fees ranging from 10% to 25%, Fortissimo Pizza Ovens will limit the restocking fee for our customers to a maximum of 10%; and we will make up the difference to the supplier.
