To help you get the most out of your pizza oven purchase ( or home oven), Fortissimo offers a variety of classes to help you really perfect your pizza making skills.  Choose between 1) live, online instruction, or 2) small, interactive in-person classes for those living in the New York metro area. ​

Private lessons are available as well to individuals in their own homes or backyards in the New York City area. We will bring one of our wood or gas fired pizza ovens to your home and tailor a pizza class for you and a group of friends.   A really fun way to spend an evening with family and friends learning how to make exceptional pizza while enjoying  fine Italian food. ​
